Fiesta San Juan

We have transferred to a lot of places since I was small, and in every places were into I can’t help but notice that the fiestas were all the same as my birthday.

People used to tease me that I should have been named after “Juanita” or “Juana” since I was born on the feast of San Juan. LOL. But I don’t really find it funny, seriously, Juanita? ….

Anyways. For the past 20 something of my life (HAHAHA), I don’t like celebrating much in my birthday. You see its not on my league. For me birthdays are same old ordinary boring days of our lives so why spent so much for it, it’ll pass anyway and will repeat the year after, and the year after that, well if you live long enough. LOL

So. Since I haven’t blogged for decades, and have nothing to blog really, I’m just sharing some of what happened on the day I was supposed to be named JUANITA. O__O

Our baranggay has this annual dance street competition every San Juan called, Sagadsad, 
where kids in the block join and face off :3 And its my first time seeing this in actual too.
San Juan by the way is also a feast where people here in Philippines splash water on passerby’s in street.
So I wish you luck when going out during San Juan :3
I wasn’t able to get the actual “splashing ritual” because I was scared that Yuuno might get wet D:
